The sustained relief of the cardiovascular system achieved in this way \u2013 with the aim of optimising the coordination between breathing and the cardiovascular system \u2013 not only enhances general well-being but also reduces blood pressure, thereby supporting medical treatment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raynaud's disease<\/strong><br \/>\nInitially, hand-warming training takes place under relaxed conditions; this is then continued whilst cold stimuli are introduced (room temperature, objects).
