What is biofeedback?
Biofeedback and neurofeedback are all about influencing otherwise unconscious physical and neuronal functions.
Various parameters are recorded (such as skin conductance, temperature, muscle tension, etc.) and displayed on a screen in real time. Clients learn how thoughts, cognitions and other factors influence the body and acquire the ability to control these parameters in a targeted manner.
What is neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback, is a specialised branch of biofeedback that focuses on the feedback and control of brain activity.
Although it was originally regarded as part of biofeedback, biofeedback and neurofeedback have now established themselves as independent terms.
Training and education
