Insight Instruments
INSIGHT INSTRUMENTS was the first company in the German-speaking world to focus exclusively on biofeedback and neurofeedback. Our products are therefore not part of a scattered catalogue, but the focus of our range. The entire Neuromaster system was developed directly by us, so you don't have to go through a dealer, but speak directly to the developers. This also allows us to incorporate customer feedback into the system quickly and easily.

DI Dr Dieter Kropfreiter
Gründer & Geschäfsführer, Universitätslektor
Dr. Dieter Kropfreiter ist Gründer und Geschäftsführer von Insight Instruments sowie Entwickler des Neuromaster-Systems. Seit vielen Jahren beschäftigt er sich intensiv mit wissenschaftlicher Forschung im Bereich der biomedizinischen Technik und verbindet technisches Know-how mit einem tiefen Verständnis für die Anforderungen moderner Bio- & Neurofeedback-Anwendungen.
Als Initiator mehrerer Biofeedback-Organisationen hat er die Entwicklung und Verbreitung von Biofeedback im deutschsprachigen Raum wesentlich mitgeprägt. Unter anderem ist er Ehrenmitglied der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Biofeedback und Universitätslektor an der Sigmund Freud Privatuniversität Wien.
Mit seiner langjährigen Erfahrung, seiner Innovationskraft und seinem wissenschaftlichen Anspruch bildet er eine zentrale Grundlage für die technische Weiterentwicklung und Qualität des Neuromaster-Systems.
Christoph Kropfreiter
COO (Chief Operating Officer)
Als COO von Insight Instruments leitet er die operativen Abläufe sowie die Bereiche Vertrieb und Kundenberatung.
Er begleitet Interessentinnen und Interessenten von der ersten Anfrage über Beratungsgespräche und Produktpräsentationen bis hin zur passenden Lösung für ihre Anforderungen. Durch seine technische Ausbildung, seine Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst und sein Wissen im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen verbindet er technisches Verständnis mit praxisnaher, kundenorientierter Beratung.
Sina Kropfreiter, BSc.
Leitung Qualitätsmanagement, Finanzen und Marketing
Mit ihrem Studium in Management, Design und Qualitätsmanagement verbindet sie wirtschaftliches Verständnis, gestalterisches Denken und einen klaren Blick für strukturierte Prozesse.
Dabei trägt sie dazu bei, interne Abläufe zuverlässig zu gestalten, Qualitätsstandards weiterzuentwickeln und die Marke Insight Instruments professionell nach außen zu präsentieren.
Bei Fragen zu Rechnungen, Qualitätsstandards und zur Kommunikation rund um Insight Instruments ist sie die erste Ansprechpartnerin.
Bettina Seitlinger
Psychologische Entwicklung & Qualitätssicherung
Als Klinische und Gesundheitspsychologin, Biofeedback-Therapeutin, Autorin und Leiterin der Europäischen Biofeedback-Akademie bringt sie umfassende fachliche Expertise in die Arbeit von Insight Instruments ein.
Ihre praktische Erfahrung in der Biofeedback-Therapie sammelte sie unter anderem an der EMCO Privatklinik sowie in ihrer eigenen Praxis. Bei Insight Instruments ist sie für die psychologische Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung verantwortlich. Darüber hinaus berät sie Interessentinnen und Interessenten aus therapeutischer Sicht und begleitet Kundinnen und Kunden mit ihrer Praxiserfahrung und fachlichen Expertise.
Martin Haider, BSc.
Technical Manager, Development
Mit einem Bachelorstudium in Psychologie an der Universität Salzburg und einer Ausbildung zum Elektromechaniker verbindet er technisches Verständnis mit einem fundierten Blick für die Anwenderperspektive.
Bei Insight Instruments ist er direkt an der Entwicklung und Produktion des Neuromaster-Systems beteiligt und sorgt mit der technischen Dokumentation unseres Medizinproduktes dafür, dass Qualität, Sicherheit und Nachvollziehbarkeit für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden gewährleistet sind.
Helena Fonseca, BSc. MSc.
Quality management, marketing, development
Helena Fonseca studierte Psychologie im Bachelor und Master an der Universität Salzburg und ist bei Insight Instruments in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement, Marketing und Entwicklung tätig.
Mit ihrem psychologischen Hintergrund bringt sie eine fundierte Anwenderperspektive in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Inhalte ein. Im Qualitätsmanagement unterstützt sie die Sicherstellung verlässlicher Prozesse, während sie im Marketing wissenschaftliche Themen verständlich und praxisnah aufbereitet.

After studying international economics and business administration in Innsbruck and Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), he gained extensive professional experience in the areas of sales, key account management, business development, trade marketing and purchasing. He has worked for well-known companies in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
His private interests, particularly in the areas of sport and biohacking, created a bridge to Insight Instruments. Today, he brings his business expertise and his personal enthusiasm for innovative healthcare solutions to the consultancy and is happy to provide you with competent support.
Markus Keller
Shipping logistics
Markus Keller is responsible for the secretariat, outgoing goods and the final safety inspection of our biofeedback and neurofeedback systems at Insight Instruments. He carefully checks each device for completeness, function and safety before it leaves our premises. This makes him the last station, so to speak, that a Neuromaster passes through before it reaches the customer - a decisive contribution to the quality, reliability and safety of our products.
