Insight Instruments
INSIGHT INSTRUMENTS was the first company in the German-speaking world to focus exclusively on biofeedback and neurofeedback. Our products are therefore not part of a scattered catalogue, but the focus of our range. The entire Neuromaster system was developed directly by us, so you don't have to go through a dealer, but speak directly to the developers. This also allows us to incorporate customer feedback into the system quickly and easily.

Founder and Managing Director, Developer of the Neuromaster system
Dieter Kropfreiter has been conducting scientific research in the field of biomedical technology for many years. He is the initiator of several biofeedback organisations (e.g. honorary member of the German Society for Biofeedback).
Brigitte Kropfreiter
Finance and controlling
Established the company together with Dr Kropfreiter more than 25 years ago and still looks after our first customers today.
She is the first point of contact for all questions relating to financing, accounting and controlling!
Christoph Kropfreiter
Internal sales and customer service
After completing his apprenticeship as an automotive technician, he gained several years of experience in internal sales and industrial engineering.
He is your first point of contact for all questions requiring technical support - you are in capable hands here!
Bettina Seitlinger
Psychological quality assurance
Clinical psychologist, biofeedback therapist and lecturer at the European Biofeedback Academy.
She gained extensive practical biofeedback experience at the EMCO Private Clinic, the University of Salzburg and at Insight Instruments.
Martin Haider, BSc.
Technical Manager, Development
Studied psychology at the University of Salzburg and trained as an electrician.
Directly involved in the development and production of the Neuromaster system and responsible for the technical documentation of our medical device!
Helena Fonseca, BSc. MSc.
Quality management, marketing, development
Studied psychology (Master's and Bachelor's degrees) at the University of Salzburg and works at Insight Instruments in quality management, marketing and development. She provides you with regular scientific updates in our newsletter and Instagram profile!
Wolfgang Katzer
Assistant to the management
After studying international economics and business administration in Innsbruck and Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium), he gained extensive professional experience in the areas of sales, key account management, business development, trade marketing and purchasing. He has worked for well-known companies in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
His private interests, particularly in the areas of sport and biohacking, created a bridge to Insight Instruments. Today, he brings his business expertise and his personal enthusiasm for innovative healthcare solutions to the consultancy and is happy to provide you with competent support.
Markus Keller
Shipping logistics
Markus Keller is responsible for the secretariat, outgoing goods and the final safety inspection of our biofeedback and neurofeedback systems at Insight Instruments. He carefully checks each device for completeness, function and safety before it leaves our premises. This makes him the last station, so to speak, that a Neuromaster passes through before it reaches the customer - a decisive contribution to the quality, reliability and safety of our products.
