Training, research and practice in biofeedback and neurofeedback
The Dr Schellenberg Institute for Holistic Medicine and Science is an established training and research institute with many years of experience in the application of psychophysiological measurement and training methods. Under the direction of Priv.-Doz. Dr med. habil. Rüdiger Schellenberg, the institute combines clinical practice, scientific research and practice-oriented training programmes in areas such as biofeedback, hypnosis and psychosomatic medicine.
The institute's work focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of pain and psychosomatic illnesses as well as the training of therapists in evidence-based biofeedback methods. The training programmes are based on international standards and teach practical work with modern measurement and training systems in order to make therapeutic processes objectively measurable and to control them in a targeted manner.
As part of the co-operation, the Schellenberg Institute uses the Neuromaster system regularly organises seminars and training days and at the same time actively supports the spread of biofeedback and neurofeedback methods in German-speaking countries. In addition, the institute is available as a professional contact for practical applications and methodological questions. This co-operation sustainably promotes both the quality of training and the practice-oriented use of modern biofeedback and neurofeedback technology.
