Virtual reality therapy and biofeedback in one integrated solution
The VR Coach GmbH has developed the VR Coach smart system, an innovative virtual reality therapy solution that has been specially designed for clinical and therapeutic use. Therapists can use PC-based control software to customise virtual scenarios, while clients experience the content through VR glasses and actively interact with the virtual environments.
The software includes interactive VR scenarios and training modules for various therapeutic application areas - including anxiety disorders, phobias, addiction, depression and eating disorders - and enables individually controllable, step-by-step exposure within safe virtual environments. At the same time, biofeedback data can be displayed in real time so that therapists can directly observe their clients' physiological reactions and adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly.
In combination with the Neuromaster system a powerful platform for biofeedback and VR-supported therapy. The precise measurement of physiological reactions by the Neuromaster enables the exact identification of stress-inducing and relaxing situations within the VR confrontation and thus supports targeted, evidence-based training control. The simple integration of both systems provides users with a modern overall solution that combines biofeedback, neurofeedback and immersive virtual reality technology into an effective therapeutic tool.
